Search For

Search for Can be used to filter the current tab’s contents based on any of the displayed attributes. The string entered in the text box is matched against any sub-string in the tab’s contents.

Macro Units

Displays lists of public macro units sorted numerically and alphabetically by description. Private macro units are listed separately in the Private group. Macro units containing retired compatible units are displayed if the Show Retired Units option on the View menu is selected.

Compatible Units

Displays lists of public compatible units sorted numerically and alphabetically by description. Private compatible units are listed separately in the Private group. Retired compatible units are displayed if the Show Retired Units option on the View menu is selected.

Materials

Displays lists of public materials sorted numerically and alphabetically by description. Private materials are listed separately in the Private group.

Custom Costs

Displays lists of public custom costs units sorted numerically and alphabetically by description. Private custom costs are listed separately in the Private group. Custom costs cannot be used as components of macro and compatible units. They are assigned as separate items to work locations using the Design Assistant version of the Units Catalog.

Matched CUs

Displays lists of public compatible units that are candidates for automatic assignment according to the rules that have been configured for a particular feature type. This page is displayed only in the Design Assistant version of the Units Catalog. For more information, see Assigning Units Automatically.

Folders

Displays lists of units, materials, or custom costs that are stored in custom folders for units. This page is displayed only if the Show in Units Catalog setting has been applied to a custom folder.
